My name is Fran Court, I am a Lead UI / UX Designer based in the UK with 15 years experience in the games industry across a wide range of game genres, PC, Console and mobile platforms in both AAA and Indie studios.
I bring a strong cross-discipline knowledge and understanding of how to design, plan and deliver high quality features that balance UX, visual quality, technical constraints and production needs. I’m passionate about building supportive teams, supporting career growth of others, and driving clear processes and design best practices that enable efficient, high-quality execution. I have strong knowledge of both technical systems, platform requirements and restrictions as well as visual development and execution with a background in UI Art for many years.
I’m deeply invested in accessibility and user-research-informed design to craft the best possible user experience while championing best practices at discipline, project and studio level.
